About Us

The Presbytery of Gippsland covers Phillip Island and Koo Wee Rup to the west, Swifts Creek and Mt Hotham in the high country, Wilson’s Promontory, and the beaches beyond Lakes Entrance through to Mallacoota. It holds the major towns of Warragul, Traralgon, Sale and Bairnsdale, the Latrobe Valley and many towns and villages between.

We acknowledge the Bunurong, Boon Wurrung and Gunai Kurnai peoples and commit ourselves to truth-telling, reconciliation, justice and peace for all people.

Sunday August 8

‘Do not let the sun go down on your anger’
are words both David and Absalom
needed to hear!
It’s not that we can get rid of anger.
Anger will happen;
it’s not a bad thing in itself, the issue is how we
deal with the anger.
